President's Corner
President's Letter - 10/3/2023
Hi CRCC cutters. I’d like to thank our great membership for an incredible season. We had a great time! We owe our success to a few different groups of people.
First the Colemans for providing the cattle. Can’t emphasize enough that their support is so appreciated!
Our sponsors who allow us to have great sandy footing. Especially Steve Schilling providing a truck and driver. And sponsors pay for awards as well.
We want to give special thanks to turn back help. Wayne and McKenna, Cara, Tommy and Kayla, Dusty and Annie, Jolene, Steve, Vanessa. Probably others I missed but we express our huge appreciation!
Want to recognize the people behind the scenes putting on the shows. We really had some challenges this year and handled them well. Special thanks to our new secretary Kady, our VP Shan , treasurer Tereasa, Cara, and advisor Vanessa!
Thank you

Scott Tuggle - President
Hi Cutters,
I will be your president for 2023, and I would like to tell you a little bit about myself. I grew up mostly in Woodburn, Oregon and after graduating from OSU with BS in business I married my high school sweetheart Cara Rose Tuggle. From there I was a field representative for a grass seed company and then started a trucking company in 2006. I am retired from that now and I help Cara run the horse training facility. Being married to Cara, I have had my finger on the pulse of the cutting industry for 35 years. I have seen the ups and downs and feel we are in an upswing now. This means more cutting and more fun. I spent several years training to ride my mule in the woods hunting and trail riding. After retirement from trucking, I decided to start cutting. After all, I do have a close relationship with a trainer. Looking forward to meeting and seeing everyone in 2023.
Thank you,Scott Tuggle
